Allows you to take one, a number, or all of an item without reloading the SDB page

This script allows you to move items in your Safety Deposit Box without reloading the page. It also adds individual “Move” buttons to each item you own, as well as an “All” button to move all copies of that item at once.
It also adds a new header to the top of your Safety Deposit Box, with a “Select All” button that automatically fills every item’s text box with its maximum quantity, and a second “Move Selected Items” button for convenience.
Please note that due to itemDB’s Safety Deposit Box Pricer userscript using unnecessarily specific selectors for their own footer, the header added to the top of your Safety Deposit Box is only at the top visually and cannot be interacted with using a keyboard. I apologize for the lack of accessibility, but it was either that or break their footer.
