Test resizing AH/DLP/SB/SV/QQ ui for mobile and remove a few buttons
Dark mode: Standardize text color (QQ was too dark and SV too bright). Can be set at the top of the script.
Light mode: Text links are light blue, no longer indistinguishable dark blue on SB/SV.
"Mark all watched" replaces "thread tools" button.
Remove thread ignore button.
Links no longer open a new tab.
Attempt to make the site ui more uniform on mobile at 15px. To change the font size of posts, use QAH/QQ/SB/SV Mobile readability too.
