adds a submit button for broken hits
Adds a button to the Mturk header (HIT pages only) that will attempt to submit a HIT if it's broken or the submit button is disabled.
I recommend keeping this disabled unless you intend to use it, because it can submit unfinished HITs as well as broken ones.
