Adds in toggable options to have seasonal events infinitely run. Events can also run simultaneously with one another. Includes a custom event as well.

Toggle menu completely disappeared for me despite plugin being on, togepi and vivillon quests are active, but I can no longer toggle them off without outright turning off the plugin, any help?
