Quick hack for the TfL Roads traffic status update site, to enhance the details provided when viewing a specific disruption.

Most of the time the details provided in the disruption details panel are sufficient for our needs as London map editors maintaining road closures, however from time to time the details miss out essential information such as the scheduled start/finish times even though this information is always (?) present in the raw TIMS data from which the disruption description was generated.

0.04 (20180725)
Recurring schedule list is now correctly sorted in ascending start date/time order...

0.03 (20171101)
Script is no longer killed by viewing a jamcam...

0.02 (20171025)
Useful parts of the raw TIMS data (start and end times of the overall disruption period, plus any recurring schedule data within the period) are now processed and inserted into the disruption panel header, and the link to the raw data has been removed.
