Insert level & skill progress bars to home page & player info page.
Progress bar will show current values when mouse hover on it.
Progress bars for skills will be added if current points greater than zero.
Also script calculates sum of skill points for all factions.
Optionaly, it can tracking changes of certain person and display approximated time to achieve the next level.
