DeviantArt gallery - block images from selected artists

Adds a button at the bottom of the gallery images with the Artist's name.
Click to hide (or un-hide) all images from that artist. Only the image is hidden, you can still click the link to see the image (but why would you want to do that?)
All settings are automatically stored and remembered next time you visit the site.
Great to eliminate artists posting art of poor quality or inappropriate content.
