pretty formatting of large scripts, support homebrew jinxes and automatic synchronization with Bloodstar

- Automatically replace placeholder strings "_" or missing images from the uploaded JSON with the most up-to-date text from the Bloodstar server. No more monkey patching all different scripts if a character changes. You only need to change the JSON url at the top of the page. It's loaded automatically and cached in the browser's storage (until the URL changes again).- update buttons (Allows updating the page without changing the Userscript.)
- Allow characters from multiple Almanacs to be used together- You can now edit the player count table- The homebrew character images are vertically moved down (Bloodstar does not add a margin in the image).
