Do you have some time to test the following changes and let me know how well it works? Here are the steps:
(1) Add https://yandex.ru/search/* as an @include or @match
Each user script extension has a settings screen or dialog for each script that lets you modify the sites where the script runs. After this change, block buttons should start appearing on the results page and should work like they do on yandex.com.
Any luck? If not, your results layout on yandex.ru may be different than the one I see which is similar to yandex.com.

Can you share the URL of the search results page or any pages where the script does not work properly?
Can I do it for yandex.ru?
