Works well in giving the user more real estate while scrolling. There are issues though in that the top navigation options are no longer accessible. For example, javascript appears broken for the 'Dashboards', 'Projects', 'Issues', 'Boards' dropdown options. Also, if you are using JIRA 'Boards' the script will break the JavaScript on that page and generate a page fail message so as a user you should go ahead and add an exclusion for "*RapidBoard*".
