Perhaps a timer built into auto slowdown to prevent the elapsed MS from going too high or a maximum milliseconds it can go like 1200MS and then it stops increasing autoslowdown. If timer, say if PRE doesnt happen within 2 minutes (or time we can set) it doesnt count towards increasing auto slowdown. OR if max ms, say once auto slowdown reaches so many elapsed ms it no longer increases auto slowdown regardless if it's left on (perhaps make this max ms adjustable as well).
Since a lot of turker arent always just sitting at computer waiting for accepted hits but only know when getting notification.
