You can either answer here or via GHO, I am Alan "subs5" Boyd.

I was tasked by Kodi75 (David), Waze's senior Maryland State Manager, to customize the 7 day close comment to be:

"Since we did not recv a response, I'm marking this "closed." I hope our earlier comments were helpful.

Note that entering a brief description of the problem goes a long way to help solve map issues. As volunteers we don't have access to app logs, etc.

I am not able to figure out how to add this or to add a new comment category.
