Collects panda's for you at a certain cycle instead of timers. Lot of organizing of panda's and grouping them together to start and stop them at once.

Had to completely uninstall and reinstall. Lost my pandas unfortunately but I didn't have that many to begin with.
This problem might have been the same thing that was causing other problems dealing with menus not popping up. Version 0.3.11 is now live and hope it might fix this problem. Could try to import your old data and see if it loads it up now after exporting your live data so it won't get lost too.
