Instagram progress bar — click/drag to seek, with sound, loop, and height controls.
#### What it does
- Progress bar on every Instagram video (feed, Reels, stories, profile). **Click** to seek, **drag** to scrub — works even when Instagram puts a transparent layer over the video.
- Time label at the bottom-left: `elapsed / total`. You can hide it in Settings.
- Sound and Loop toggles that persist across videos and page reloads. If you click Instagram's own speaker icon, the saved setting updates automatically.
- Adjustable bar height (0–100 px), saved between sessions.
- Settings panel: Tampermonkey/Violentmonkey menu → **Instagram Fix Settings**. Press `Esc` or click outside to close.
#### How it works
- One document-level dispatcher (capture phase) — no per-video listener spam.
- Finds new videos automatically and cleans up when they leave the page.
- No external libraries.

#### Notes
- Requires Tampermonkey or Violentmonkey on desktop Instagram.
- The old hover tooltip (HUD) was removed — Instagram's overlay blocked it. The bottom-left time label shows the time while you scrub.
