Nitro Type NTPD1 Link and Hide Class Tab

This Script adds a menu bar option to open NTPD1 in a new tab between Leagues and Team, and hides the Class tab on Nitro Type.

This script will take effect on NTPD1's Nitro Type page and replace the class tab in the menu bar with a NTPD1 button that will quick launch our team website.
