Auto-hide video controls almost instantly/ really quickly for Twitch desktop and mobile

Auto-hides video controls for Twitch desktop and mobile after half a second (500 ms) of mouse inactivity over the video player area. Unhide the controls as you would usually do on Twitch.

In the "Before" demo you can see it takes about 4-5 seconds for the video controls to get hidden, while for the "After" demo it only takes half a second, almost instantly.
