Stylizes Lemmy to look more like Old Reddit, with some UX improvements

- BIG friendly upvote/downvote buttons on posts
- makes comment headers clickable to toggle (not just the +/- button)
- moves upvote and downvote buttons to the far right of comments
- adds some descriptive text near reply button and points counter
