访问任意网页时，本脚本都将在右下角生成两个按钮，外观为“上箭头”和“下箭头”，点击后的功能分别为“滚动到页面顶端”和“滚动到页面底端”
如果访问的页面是连续加载，“滚动到页面底端”则会触发下一次加载，因此导致看起来并没有在底端
