Brings back the old Wikipedia style.

More specifically, it simply appends ?useskin=vector to the URI and every wikipedia.org link.
If you wish to use another skin (for example 'monobook'), edit the skinchoice constant. (For more about skins: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Skin)
