Adds a shortcut (CTRL + Arrow Left / Right) with which you can skip time in a video by a custom amount.

To adjust the amount of seconds to skip by, change the variable skipValue in the script and save (CTRL + S).

The shortcut to skip is CTRL + ArrowLeft / ArrowRight
