скрипт работает только на сайте youtube.com
он добавляет кнопку "скачать" под видео, в начало панели с "лайк" "дизлайк" и тд
при нажатие на кнопку, откроется новая вкладка с сайтом откуда можно скачать данное видео
кнопка добавляется под каждое видео и соответственно при смене видео на сайте, скрипт снова запускается и создает кнопку т.к уже под новым видео этой кнопки нет. Дополнительно стоит проверка правильности ссылки на видео, которая срабатывает раз в минуту и если по какой то причине ссылка на скачивание не корректная для текущего видео, то она изменится на правильную ссылку
