Adds the video buttons from the video overlay to above the description
Known problems:
- The button states (blue or not) do not properly update when a new video starts if that video starts without the page being loaded from scratch. e.g. autoplay
- Similar visual problems with the end-screen buttons.
The buttons should work like normal, it's just the visual side that has some problems. I'll fix it at some point.
