SA Buttons, SomethingAwful forums extended functionality.

Adds a bunch of buttons to the panel below forums posts. They are:

Stop - Halts avatar animations.

Fold - Collapses and hides a post. Click again to expand.

Avs - Avatar visibility, toggle between visible/dimmed/hidden.

Buts - Hides/shows the Report/Quote buttons.
