SA Buttons, SomethingAwful forums extended functionality.

Adds a bunch of buttons to the panel below forums posts. They are:

Stop - Disables avatar animations.

Fold - Collapses and hides a post. Click again to expand.

Avs - Avatar visibility, toggle between visible/dimmed/hidden.

Buts - Hide/show the Report/Quote buttons.

Splr - Hide/show spoiler texts.

Prob - Show a popup with the three latest ban/probation reasons.
