Adds the ability to filter achievement lists for games based on their titles or descriptions. Search is not case-sensitive. Place a caret (^) at the beginning to filter on the start of the achievement name.

Example: Searching "acr" will find an achievement called "All Across the Universe", but "^acr" would not unless the achievement was merely called "Across the Universe".
