Removes the "Important" section in the YouTube notification menu, putting the notifications whithin it back to their appropriate position in the notification list.

Sorry, it's quite hard for me to fix this bug as I'm not getting it myself.
The 1.2.3 update I just uploaded might have fixed one of the possible causes, though. So, please let me know if it's still broken now.
