Wouldn't it try to update from there?
Namespace is just a unique string that, when used in combination with the script name, lets it know if you reinstall it that it is a reinstall rather than a completely new script. Nothing is ever downloaded from the namespace.

I know. The point is that I just moved my old scripts here when userscript got down. I'll update everything in the next release.
