how to rate someones script?

hi all, i am new to greasyfork. someone plz plz tell me how i can rate a persons script, i checked on help site and could find an answer. thx

You have to start a new discussion. Then, one of the options on the bottom of your comment let's you make it a Rating.

Specifically start a discussion from the Feedback tab of that script. Then it will be associated to that script.
