this sucks. when can i post my script? "Please try again later" doesn't really tell me when I will be able to post it. if i find another place to post it, i won't really have much of a need to come back here

if you're gonna lock down new users, you should state that before they even sign up before i had to click through 10 captchas

better yet, allow new users to post, but flag it as "account under review" and allow the users of the site to filter them out
