Thanks for the feedback. I would like the script to support the premium bitrate, but I do not have youtube premium myself right now so I cannot easily develop and test the feature. I will work to find someone to help me with that, but for the moment if it is not working for you, you may want to consider giving a try to some of the alternative scripts that seem to support the feature, such as: https://greasyfork.org/en/scripts/498145-youtube-hd-premium
