Hide videos of blacklisted users/channels and comments

It's needed when you blacklist different channels with a wildcard ( * ) word (or words) but you want continue seeing a channel that has that word in the name. For example: you blacklist "*buzzfeed", but you don't want to blacklist "BuzzFeed Nifty" so you put it in the whitelist. I'm sorry, I didn't notice that I haven't explained it in the description.
