Yes, you have to be logged in in YouTube, then it unlocks the video without age verifyiing,

Before it would work in Incognito without being logged in though. Also, I think most people would not want to be logged into their account if they are using an age blocker💀.

Logged in. Doesn't work first time with Chrome on some videos. eg. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AzEGSIpSWRk. You have to wait a few minutes, then try again.
