I have no dang clue on when this problem started, but my transport is not working correctly. The cities can send to safe city and what is happening is that the safe city is only sending to 2 or 3 cities. I have been trying to figure this out, but I can not fathom why this happening. Any suggestions?? (( I turned off bots and monkey and cleaned and refreshed a lot, still to no avail....))
