I use Facebook over Tor since it has a higher chance of letting me view public profiles / pages.
If I use Facebook over VPN, it will run into the issue mentioned by Awooo in this feedback frequently, and I guess it's because VPN IPs are rate-limited by Facebook while Tor users aren't rate-limited so easily.
I added the @match lines to test on Facebook over Tor and it appears to work.
