Adds an interface to queue up actions based on triggers you set

Currently there is no public repo on Github for this script but you could just send me the file with your changes in it either here or on Discord 8992#7954. I will add the prayer trigger but I don't really want to add SEMI actions in at the moment since this script is separate from SEMI. Aldous Watts did ask permission to add Action Queue to SEMI so if/when that happens it would make sense to add SEMI actions to that version.
