Moves the video description to the right of the video, adds options for a retro player and style

On New Youtube, the settings button is in the header on video pages. 
Right Side Description (Previously known as Better Watch Page) improves Youtube's video pages by moving the video description to the right of the video (like it used to be 2009 and earlier) and providing options to make the video smaller, have an 'always visible' retro video player bar, put the title above the video, and additional style tweaks. Fully supports Youtube's "Dark Mode".
Requires the latest version of Firefox or Chromium (like Chrome or Vivaldi), as well as a userscripts extension (Greasemonkey or Violentmonkey recommended). Other browsers and older versions may work but are unsupported. Mobile devices are unsupported.

2014.09.02 - Major update for compatibility with latest Youtube update and reduce potential clashes with future Youtube updates. Also made the retro styling optional by adding a toggle between "Retro Style" and "Card Style" (click the 'more' button below the video). Re-branded to Right Side Description (as that is the focus of the script).
