This should only be happening if you scroll down the page when in fullscreen. Does it happen when you're scrolled up to the top of the page? It also looks like you're zoomed out, does zooming back to 100% fix it?

Hey, is the top bar showing up during full screen playback intended? Seems to be there's some wierdness interacting with the new layout and RSD.
