Remove all mention of ignored people (except thanks)
When you add someone to your ignore list on a vBulletin forum, this script will hide the stubs (things that say they posted) and will also remove any quotes. It will not remove listings from the "thanks" line, however.
Added a button to clear the list, and refactored the code a bit.
