Hide posts of the selected users in the forum of tanzmitmir.net. Based on phpBB User Hide (Firefox 3 compatible), adapted to tanzmitmir.net and messages translated to German.

Usage: On topic view [X] appears before every username. Click it to hide/unhide the selected user. On hidden topics or hidden quotations [+] will appear after the username or after the quotation header respectively. Click it to unhide/hide the post.

Version 2.x is not compatible to version 1.x. The troll list can not be preserved. But ignoring a troll is much easier now.
In version 2.0 the ignore list was saved in a cookie named phpUserHide for tanzmitmir.net. Version 2.1 uses Greasemonkey permanent storage for the ignore list to keep the ignore list even if cookies are deleted. Data from version 2.0 will be automatically converted.
Version 2.2 fixes only typos and separates the different languages of the documentation.
Version 2.3 fixes wrong character encoding in the tooltip for [X].
