DuckDuckGo: Shorten Page Title

Simplifies page title to just the search terms and adds some listeners to keep it updated when search changes.

This is especially nice when using SideBery: when closing a search page this spawns a similar named group in its place, and instead of then having to change the name from DuckDuckGo it now already has a pretty good descriptive name.
