Google 搜索现在默认这些选择都是隐藏的，限制时间需要点开 tools，再点开时间选项，从下拉里选择，语言更是默认不显示选项，需要在账号设置里开启，然后还得每次点开 tools 再点开选项从下拉里选择。本扩展把选项展开显示，方便一键切换。
