Speed up YouTube ads to play in 1 second, and ensure normal speed after ads, with a toggle button, targeting ads only.

A pretty simple youtube ad-blocker that just speeds up ads so you don't have to watch them. (I don't know if you could even consider this an ad blocker because it doesn't block ads, just speeds them up.)
