Removes button blocking IT Glue tooltips

Removes content button blocking IT Glue tooltips in the password dialog and all tooltips but I'm unaware of any others in IT Glue. YMMV

Once you add your IT Glue instance, this CSS modification simply hides all tooltips on IT Glue.

Primarily I wanted to block the "Copy the password" ones that appear immediately upon passing over the obvious copy button and don't go away when you move the mouse into the tooltip and it often covers another "copy" button that is above it. It makes for a clunky experience, yes I know that button is for copying the item, I don't need a tooltip to tell me about it. Ridiculous design choice, why not have a few millisecond delay before appearing or trust that IT people will know what a copy icon looks like.
