Adds visual filters to the Account Vault page for the Earth & Beyond emulator run by net-7.

This provides a set of visual-only filters (checkboxes and green/red shading) to make the experience of using the Net-7 Account Vault page far less crap. It also changes the default behavior of drag-and-drop to click-to-select. Greatly increasing usability. Additional filters may/will be added in the future.
