I haven't used NF's live streaming feature yet, but I think the original stream might be in 50 FPS.
As far as I checked, there are only 3 codecs available for live streaming (In Windows), and they all 30 FPS. Maybe Netflix restricts the FPS based on the device. Can you look into it? Thanks
