Adds some small changes to Platformre.

Current changes include:

  • Limited BBCode support for text blocks: [b] [i] [u] [s] [color=#clr] [color=#colorr]
  • Small UI changes that make text block editing easier

Planned changes include:

  • More text blocks (1-18 instead of 1-9, + a better selector for text blocks that doesn't take up as much space)

NOTE: i'll eventually put this under a more free license, but until then just give credit if you edit this
