Adds a Scalable Vector Graphics download button to Charat.me character generators.

This allows you to export the character SVG files to open in something like Inkscape or Photoshop and export higher resolutions PNG files than the original site offers when it renders your character.

Note: For now, you may need to hide ads on the right side of the page to see the "Save SVG" button we're creating. I am hoping we can fix this soon.
