YouTube Real Link

You may not know it but when you click on an external link on YouTube, you are not directly redirected to the link, you go through a link "https://www.youtube.com/redirect?..." which allows YouTube (and therefore Google) to track you. This script removes this intermediate link and makes that you are directly redirected to the desired link.
