hide 'horror' and 'horrible' (default), or any tags or genres of your choice
blur thumbnails until tags and genres are fetched (opt out)
checks and remembers what tags each game has once (the slow bottleneck) and then reuses tag data afterwards
mouse hover show tags/genres
works on /games, /game-assets and /search page
