Pads common tag separators when pasting text into Characters field to fix autocomplete
Automatically adds spaces around '/', '&', and '|' when pasting text (e.g. from the current tag name) into the Characters field of a relationship tag edit page.
This allows the names on either side to be recognizable to autocomplete.
